Valley National Gases LLC Announces Expansion of Filling Capabilities at Charleston, WV Site
August 7, 2008 - Valley National Gases is pleased to announce an expansion of filling capabilities at our Charleston, WV fill production site with the recent installation of a high pressure, 4500 psi Oxygen Cylinder fill system.
Designed to meet the unique requirements of the mining industry for underground life support systems, Valley National Gases provides oxygen for this critical application in specially designed high pressure cylinders. This unique engineered system expands Valley's capabilities in high-pressure filling and is one of a limited number of companies that can produce this product on a production scale basis, and is offering the product for national distribution. Valley National Gases has high-pressure filling capabilities of up to 6000 psi within the system for Nitrogen, Argon and Helium to be used in various customer applications.
In addition to the 4500 psi Oxygen system, the Charleston, WV location also supplies a complete line of industrial and medical gases as well as propane and propylene plus a full line of welding, safety and specialty gas equipment and supplies.
This latest investment is one of many high-impact capital investments the company is making to continuously expand our product offering and offer more value-added solutions to our customer base.
